Group Stretch
Tennis teams. Or senior walkers. We all need to be flexible and to stretch. In many cases, the times that our groups are together are the very best times to participate in a shared session stretch. Pre or post activity, the UFlex Method of stretching can be tailored to your specific activity and movement goals.
Length of the class is determined by the Group.
Individual Active Stretch
Positioning and active stretching where you are in control. We will assist and guide you, but the work is up to you and within you. You are putting your body into controlled stretched positions in order to meet certain flexibility goals.
60 minutes or 90 minutes.
Individual Passive Stretch
Assisted in order to open up the joints and facia, and we are in control of the range of motion. The focus is on loosening the connection points.
60 minutes or 90 minutes.
