UFlex Method | Passive Stretching
When we work flexibility in a passive form, our bodies are invited to receive the work without resistance, hence, it can be more effective. Most of the joints will be visited during the session, which will release the fascia connected to those points. You will feel your body’s beneficial accommodation after your first session. It is all about “creating space”, physically and conceptually.

UFlex Method | Active Stretching
We focus our active stretching on the major joints of our bodies, but all of our body will be engaged. When the facia of our arms, backs, ankles and hips are incorporated into a stretching regimen, all of our body benefits. Pain in our lower back may actually be tied to an issue of tightness in our hips, or a problem in our neck. Proper alignment and overall body flexibility will create benefit throughout the entire body.
